Well, some of it was very me but the rest.... eh. Somehow I have wound up on the banquet committe for this year's band banquet and I'm expected to come up with a design for the program cover, tickets, and place cards. It was nice of you to hold a Scout night but when troops from all over the metroplex send in their ticket money with the numbers of Scouts attending, don't you think it would be nice to actually HAVE the free drinks and hotdogs on hand as promised as part of the Scout night ticket deal? I've had an exciting morning. Stories don't always end where their authors intended. All things considered, not entirely my best A-kon and complicated by lots of outside factors. Well, my Gathering art came home today and I was surprised to find I'd won some prizes. I'm going to take my cue from lynati_1 and tex_garg and post a scene from 'When Graeme Met Lucy' for Friday Fiction. Yes, I know in little over a month I will be another year closer to your age bracket. I finally got my box o' art shipped off to Necronomicon in Tampa yesterday. Today in mass we were encouraged to say prayers for the dead. A hearty round of birthday wishes for mauig, prplbeedoo, and beesandbrews !!
